I currently work as a full-time crime reporter for the community division of The Baltimore Sun, covering Harford, Howard and Carroll counties. I report on breaking news from fires to shootings and track court cases from the filing to the sentencing. I pitch and write enterprise stories about trends in crime, data-driven analysis and legislation around crime. I have built relationships with defense attorneys, sheriff's offices, state's attorney's offices, victims and more. I previously worked as an emerging news intern over the summer.
